Wishfulness
In case suddenly a fairy would knock at my door to allow me one wish, I would utter: "Give me Das große Paul-Maar-Buch". In 1989 (maybe one year later) I could for the first time lay my hands one that amazing book by Paul Maar, autor of "Das Sams" - which is actually a book I'm not very fond of.
In contrast, "Das große Paul-Maar-Buch" is equipped with glamorous optical illusions which are - as I now have learned - pretty conventional but nonetheless irreversibly tangled in retrospects on my childhood. I expected to find that book in a grey, simple cover when I looked for it on the internet. But it is not what it's used to be: The collection of poems, riddles and tales is currently tied up in orange flaps.
